Bringer of Breaths 'Breath Sesh'

Three breathwork sessions will be hosted throughout the evening, hosted by KAY, Bringer of Breath. The heart of these mind-body journeys are his 'Rhythms of Breath' which uniquely blend the rhythm of your breath with that of the song, in an ever-morphing dance between breath and beat. The tongue of these journeys are his verbal guiding, prompting and exploring throughout the session. These group sessions relax you physically, slows your minds into a deep sense of presence, whilst still ultimately leaving you fresh & revitalised.

Live DJ Sets

After each of the first two breathwork sessions our DJ's Howdogirlssleep & Arfa will take over the sound system, for an hour and a bit each. These live sets will take you from the quiet, relaxed atmosphere of the breathwork session, and usher you into the DJ's distinct selection of energetic rhythms to bop away the night to.

Art Exhibition / Creative Market

During each live DJ Set, the space will host an art exhibition / creative stalls showcasing the works of our amazing London-based visual artists, Innoncent Nostalgia & Nahalism where they'll also be selling their art. You'll be able to browse the displays, soak them in and talk about them and chat to fellow City Yutes about them (given you're not on the dancefloor), we'll also have a pop-up stall from Fatllama!
